How do I return an item?
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with, provided they are unopened and in new condition.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact our customer service department at (925) 203-5612 or by email to email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the order and we will provide you with return instructions and a return label.
A refund will be credited back to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
